Efficient pneumatic stapler with automatic release system for prefabricated houses and wood industry
Schotten, January 2015 – The German manufacturer of high quality pneumatic nailers, compressors and fasteners PREBENA Wilfried Bornemann GmbH & Co. KGexpands with new automatic tools.
This patent pending technology offers a stageless variable rate of fire up to 10 shots / second and enabled an individual regulated speed of stapling which reduces operating hours.
The Automatic-staplers are the only with single, bump or automatic fire, so they are all-round purpose. An ergonomic design and practical sliding feet’s guarantee an optimal handling.
PREBENA Automatic-Tools are used for fast and steady stapling.
The first PREBENA Pneumatic Staplers with this technology are 4C-Z50-AUT for staples type Z and 4C-L50-AUT for staples type L up to 50 mm. It is suitable for industrial converting of plaster, fermacell-, fiberboard and further board materials.
