Sundram Fasteners declares interim dividend of Rs.0.60 for 2012-13…
The Board of Directors of Sundram Fasteners Ltd have declared an interim dividend of Rs.0.60 per share (face value Re.1 each). The interim dividend and dividend distribution tax will absorb a total amount of Rs.14.65 crores.
The dividend will paid to the members/beneficial owners as on the record date i.e. November 23, 2012.(…)
