The challenge in creating a list of the top fasteners distributors is that so many companies are involved in this type of distribution – and most of them don’t break out their revenues from fasteners from other parts of their businesses. In addition, companies that started selling fasteners often have diversified to a point where fastener sales no longer make up a majority of their revenues, as is the case with Fastenal.
