Tremco illbruck has recently announced that it has acquired Park Dis Ticaret A.S, a distributor of Tremco illbruck sealants, tapes and membranes, along with its own Park brand of complementary products. Based in Istanbul, Turkey, Park has annual sales of more than 7 million euros. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
