Executive Directors’ holdings increase
Trifast plc (Symbol: TRI), the international fastenings group announces that on 26 June 2014, the Company issued 1,750,000 ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of options by a number of Directors and employees under the Company’s Unapproved 2009 Share Option Plan. Subsequently these ordinary shares have been successfully placed by Arden Partners plc with a number of institutions, largely in order to meet Tax and NI obligations triggered on exercise.(…)
