On September 13, 2013, the U.S. Department of Commerce published a notice of partially rescinding an administrative review of the antidumping duty on certain steel threaded rods from the People’s Republic of China.
It decided to rescind this administrative review with respect to seven companies including CPI, Gem Year, Haiyan Julong, Jiashan Zhongsheng, Jiaxing Xinyue, Suntec Industries, and Shanghai Prime, and each have separate rates from a prior segment of the proceeding. (…)
