USITC: Threaded Rod From Thailand Does Not Injure U.S. Industry
The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) determined that a U.S. industry is not materially injured or threatened with material injury by steel threaded rod imports from Thailand that the U.S. Department of Commerce has determined are sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.
As a result of the USITC’s negative determination, no antidumping duty order will be issued on imports of this product from Thailand, which exported $10.5 million worth of steel threaded rod to the U.S. last year. (…)
