08-Sep-2016Kistler Group has acquired Schatz AG, based in Remscheid, Germany, as well as its US sales and service company — Schatz USA Inc, in Holly MI. This acquisition gives the Kistler Group new potential applications in quality assurance in industrial manufacturing.
