I heard that expression a long time ago and actually wrote it down.  Well, actually, I thought I wrote it down.  My memory of this quote was something like, “if you want better results, ask better questions”.  Since I wasn’t entirely sure I went and looked it up and found the comment above.  The reason I was even thinking about this was that I read an article in the April 2014 issue of Inc. magazine called “35 Great Questions”.  Here are a few of the ones that were listed in the article:

“How can we become the company that would put us out of business?”

“What is it like to work for me?”

“In the past few months, what is the smallest change we have made that has had the biggest positive result? What was it about the small change that produced the large return?”

“What should we stop doing?”

“Who uses our products in ways we never expected?” (…)
