I can be a bit of a business pack rat. If you have ever met me and given me a business card, I still have it. Might not be able to find it right away, but I have it. Even if you have changed companies, I have your old one and your new one. I like business cards and sometimes looking at old ones is like a trip down memory lane. I recall people who are no longer with us, I see where people used to work before they were where they are now and recall companies that no longer exist. It is what it is.So, as I rummaged through some old files and notes I came across some notes from an old sales meeting I attended. These notes were labeled, “Defining a Prospective Partner” and it it was from a supplier that was trying to define what they were looking for in a distributor partner. (…)
