I have already heard it uttered. “Yeah, there’s next week and then we head into Holiday Season”. I know what the guy meant when he said it. What he meant is that things will slow down and people will do inventories and, essentially, sales will not be as strong and people will be taking vacation days. That’s what he meant. But, is that what always happens?Some years, business will stay pretty busy during November and December even though there are several more days off than usual. Other years, things do slow down significantly and then we all hope things pick up again in January. A lot of sales managers use the time in December to review (…)
