I wrote in previous blog posts how there have been a number of distributor acquisitions, and I wondered when the supplier acquisitions would start happening. Did not have to wait too long. I happened to read this on Fastener Technologys site which you can search yourself at http://www.fastenertech.com.As the article notes, the acquisition of Telefast falls right in line with Elgins other domestic manufacturing facilities and is a good fit for overall strategy.
