The four owner families of Joseph Dresselhaus GmbH & Co KG have sold their shares to Dutch-German industrial holding company Nimbus as part of a successor solution. The takeover is still subject to approval by the relevant antitrust authorities in Germany and Turkey, but is expected to be completed in February 2020.(…)
