Both U.S. fastener imports and exports fell in February 2013. Imports of U.S. fasteners in February dropped 10% to $351,982,264, while exports of U.S. fasteners in February declined 2% to $275,725,950.
The top five consumers of U.S. fasteners during the month were Canada (down 3.92% month-on-month to $84.10 million); Mexico (down 3.12% to $83.52 million); UK (down 9.21% to $13.01 million); Mainland China (down 3.91% to $9.59 million); and France (up 9.17% to $8.93 million). (…)
