U.S. fastener imports and exports both jumped in March after decrease in February.
U.S. fastener imports of iron and steel fasteners (HTS Code: 7318) jumped 8% to $387,343,775 and exports also increased 7% to $320,781,501.
The top five exporters of fasteners to the U.S. during March were Chinese Taiwan (up 9.22% month-to-month to $118.89 million); Mainland China (down 15.70% to $67.30 million); Japan (up 11.14% to $61.76 million); Germany (up 17.32% to $27.10 million); and Canada (up 3.86% to $26.09 million).(…)
