Martin A. Schermbach has been appointed managing director of MAX MOTHES GmbH in Dusseldorf, Germany, from January 2013.
Mr Schermbach, previously branch manager and executive officer of a large fastener distributor in Munich, will manage the worldwide operations of MAX MOTHES.
